Returns
Wig Fanatic ensures that all products that are shipped out are thoroughly inspected to make sure that it is free of default and to ensure that the proper products are being sent out. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure about your purchase before you complete your purchase. When ordering a wig, please make sure that you are taking the correct measurements so that you may order the correct capsize. Capsize will be in the description. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong capsize, you may return your wig. PLEASE NOTE that there will $100 reconstruction fee. 
  • If you've received the item. For example, if you've ordered body wave but received loose wave, or etc. 
  • Wigs must be unworn with excess lace still attached to be eligible for exchange. 
  • Lashes must be unworn and still be in the box to be eligible for exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wig Fanatic , PO Box 2424 , KANKAKEE IL 60901, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
